The café has built direct relationships with producers of coffee, cacao, and nuts, sourcing high-quality ingredients while supporting farming communities and fostering more sustainable supply chains through initiatives funded by a portion of its sales. The second floor features 231 PLACE’s open community space designed to encourage awareness and action on social and environmental issues, alongside artworks created by artists with disabilities, adding another layer of connection to the visitor experience.
